· Experience with PreSales, Delivery Management & People Management
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
· 15+ years’ experience with Managed Services handling L1, L2 & L3 support of Cloud Infrastructure and Application maintenance in 24×7 mode
· Experienced with Azure infrastructure support and Application Maintenance on Microsoft Technologies
· Understanding of market trends and the competitive landscape for Managed Services
· Ability to analyze customer needs and develop solutions that incorporate existing Managed Services offerings
· Ability to create, edit and review supporting statements of work and service agreements
· Ability to influence customer stakeholders and key decision-makers
· Be a thought leader on Managed Services and adoption of new delivery models
· Should have significant expertise in setting up and running Managed Services projects. Key exposure areas – Due Diligence, Service Transition, Steady-state attainment, and ongoing continuous improvement
· Should have managed a reasonably large team (30 – 50 FTEs) across locations, in an onshore-offshore model
· Experience with monitoring and metrics of a global infrastructure
· Ability to manage SLAs / KPIs and Managing a 24X7 Operations
· Ability to set up and implement standards / processes and procedures for Incident Management / Problem Management based on industry standards
· Advocate for proven standardized processes and methodologies
· ITIL Certified or experienced other ITSM systems
· Experience managing budget, cost, and pricing of support services
· Must be willing to travel to the US for presales/ events
· Experience with SOC, PCI and/or HIPPA would be beneficial

– Windows and Linux Server
– Windows desktop
– Infrastructures including networks, storage, data centers, and security
– Large scale monitoring systems
– Virtualization
